GROUND CONTROL INTERFACE

Our controls system is a web application that interfaces with the onboard computing system. We are able to retrieve sensor data at a minimal latency and send commands to the pod from the front-end. 

The software architecture uses websockets to get data realtime. Historical valyes are stored in an in-memory database to reduce server load.
