LET'S TALK ABOUT OUR POD DESIGN

Our pod is designed with the following design philosophies: safety, simplicity, and efficiency. Safety was possibly the biggest factor in order to have SpaceX allow us to fly. Simplicity was important due to make it easy to manufacture, and it also reduces the potential points of failure on the pod. Efficiency, and scalability was chosen when it didn't conflict with the previous to in order to make it go faster and be more applicable with the full scale Hyperloop.

To design the pod, 3 main design groups were made in order to develop this massive project: Structures, Power, and Controls. Each of these contained different subsystems, listed below, and made it much easier to manage the massive amount of work that needed to be done!
